Description
A XL cotton poplin scrunchie.
We use a 1.5cm thick sewn elastic to make sure the scrunchie won't break or tear.
It is designed to be wrapped twice around the hair however, can be wrapped more or less depending on the ponytail's thickness.
The outer dimension is around 16cm ( but as it's handmade, slight variations may occur ).
